Express regional interest
From connection to collective action

Start with people.
Build from there.

01 / Foundational stage · 1–4 members

Build local roots.

Foundational members grow local relationships and coordinate outreach while contributing to global committees. The ambassador and campaign programs support early momentum.

02 / Activation · 5+ core members

Set a regional direction.

With at least one Chair or Co-Chair in the core team, an activated council sets regional priorities, adapts global initiatives, develops local pilots, and shares its learning.

Support around your leadership

Local knowledge.
Shared resources.

Councils connect to wider TIWN and Spirit of the Game expertise. Members contribute where their strengths and availability fit.
